Diet Tips For Junk Food Eaters

Not all junk food is created equal. Many foods that you can purchase at fast food outlets may appear healthy but actually still have a high caloric count. Several fast food outlets now offer better food options such as salads. However, when you add a heavy fat dressing to it, the calorie count goes up very fast. -->> Choose low fat dressings for salads and just have the dressing on the side. Dip your fork into it before each bite so you get the taste but way less calories! -->> Avoid buying fries with your cheeseburger. Thin french fries hold a lot of fat and are extremely high in calories. -->> Where possible, choose fruit or rice as a side dish to your fast food. Instead of buying a double meat, double cheese burger opt for the single meat and cheese option and reduce the calories significantly. Regular soda is high in calories while offering no nutritional value whatsoever. Choose all natural fruit juices or diet soda to reduce calories. to teach you two tips to supercharge your metabolism. I have been teaching people about how to burn fat for 
some time now so I know what works and what doesn't when in comes to weight loss. So lets get started. 1.) First, You have to eat more. Does't make sense right? I know, but actually eating 6 meals a day will put your metabolism on overdrive. Each time that you eat, you actually stimulate your metabolism by a little bit. So this is why I say eat 6 meals a day because then your metabolism is always running then burning of fat. 2.) Start lifting weights. Lifting weight will help you build muscle which in turn will raise your resting metabolism. You can burn an extra 100 calories a day just by gaining 5 pounds of muscle. Also, if you're a woman reading this, don't worry about looking bulky or looking like a bodybuilder. The only reason men get the way they do is because they has testosterone which you only have very little of. So don't worry about working out.
